please try asking fellow students who have already had
success. (Currently, there is no support planned for these accounts,
and peer support is the best kind anyway. Use mailing lists if
necessary).

you have a suggestion for improvement to the help documentation,

- As with reporting any computer problem to anyone, as a very minimum, you should describe very explicitly:
- What you did
- What happened
- What you expected/wanted to happen.
